Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-09. dTAOscan ("the service") is operated by DRM3 Labs Corp. ("DRM3 Labs", "we"). Using dtaoscan.io or its API means you accept these terms.

The service

dTAOscan indexes public Bittensor (Subtensor) chain state and serves it as pages and a signed JSON API. The service is in open alpha: features change without notice, and continuity is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Anonymous API access is rate limited (currently 10 requests per minute per IP). Do not evade rate limits, resell raw access, disrupt the service, or misrepresent dTAOscan data as your own measurement. API keys are personal; keep them secret and we may revoke keys that abuse the service.

Data and intellectual property

On-chain facts are public and carry no ownership claim by us. Our decodings, aggregations, signals, receipts, site design, and code are proprietary to DRM3 Labs. You may quote and link to dTAOscan data with attribution; signed receipts travel with the data and verification is encouraged.

No warranty, no liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRM3 Labs Corp., its officers, and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including trading or financial losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. You use the data at your own risk and are responsible for verifying anything you act on.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use is acceptance.
